Using Charbs Card Room
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Charbs Card Room, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. The service is not intended for children or minors.
2. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your password, and activity performed through your account. Display names and computer-player names must not impersonate others or contain unlawful, abusive, or infringing material. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Entertainment only
Charbs Card Room provides casual card games for entertainment. It does not offer gambling, wagering, cash games, prizes, or anything of monetary value. Computer players and the optional game advisor may make imperfect decisions, and their suggestions are not guaranteed to produce a particular result.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- break the law, harass others, impersonate another person, or violate another person's rights;
- cheat by attempting to obtain hidden cards, private game state, another account's credentials, or unauthorized administrative access;
- probe, scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls;
- introduce malware, automated spam, fraudulent accounts, or other harmful material; or
- use the service or its source code in a way not authorized by Rallyback LLC.
5. Tables and player activity
Your display name, seat, plays, table announcements, and game results may be shown to other players at the same table. Leaving or removing a game may allow a computer player to take over your seat so the remaining players can continue. We may preserve game and participation records to support rejoining, statistics, administration, abuse prevention, and service operation.
6. Ownership
Rallyback LLC owns the original Charbs Card Room software, interface design, artwork, branding, and original documentation. These terms do not transfer any ownership or grant permission to copy, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or commercially use those materials.
Euchre and other traditional card games, their rules and methods of play, standard playing cards, suits, ranks, and commonly used card-game terminology are not claimed as property of Rallyback LLC.
7. Enforcement and ending access
We may investigate misuse and restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms, the law, service security, or the safety of others may be at risk. You may request account closure by emailing hello@charbs.cards. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will continue to apply.
8. Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Features, supported games, account requirements, and usage limits may change as the card room evolves. When practical, we will provide notice of material changes.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Charbs Card Room is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rallyback LLC disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of game records, complete security, or freedom from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rallyback LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when revised terms are published. Questions may be sent to hello@charbs.cards.
